Essential terms every player should know before placing bets or playing casino games at puma99.
The percentage of all wagered money a slot machine or casino game will pay back to players over time. For example, a slot with 96% RTP will theoretically return Rp 96 for every Rp 100 wagered over millions of spins.
The mathematical advantage the casino has over players in any given game. For example, European roulette has a 2.7% house edge, meaning the casino expects to keep Rp 2.70 for every Rp 100 wagered over the long term.
The amount of money you risk on a single bet. If you place a Rp 100,000 stake on Manchester United to win at 2.00 odds, you risk Rp 100,000 to potentially win Rp 200,000 total (including your stake back).
The numerical representation of how likely an event is to happen and how much you will win if it does. Decimal odds of 2.50 mean you receive Rp 2.50 for every Rp 1.00 wagered if you win (including your original stake).
A form of betting that eliminates the draw option by giving one team a virtual head start or deficit. For example, if Persija has a -1.5 handicap, they must win by at least 2 goals for your bet to win.
A single bet that combines multiple selections. All picks must win for the bet to pay out. Mix parlays offer much higher potential returns but are harder to win. Popular among Indonesian bettors for weekend EPL and Champions League action.
Placing bets on a sporting event while it is happening in real-time. Odds change continuously based on the score, time remaining, and match momentum. Popular for football, basketball, and tennis at puma99.
A feature that allows you to settle your bet before the event finishes, securing a profit or minimizing a loss. For example, if your mix parlay is winning but you're nervous about the final match, you can cash out early for a guaranteed smaller win.
The total amount of money you have set aside for gambling. Responsible bankroll management means betting only a small percentage (typically 1-5%) of your total bankroll on any single bet.
How risky a slot game is. High volatility slots pay out less frequently but offer bigger wins. Low volatility slots pay out more often but in smaller amounts. Choose based on your playing style and bankroll.
Bonus rounds in slot games where you spin the reels without using your own money. Free spins are often triggered by landing scatter symbols and frequently come with multipliers or special features.
The number of times you must bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings from it. A Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

Sabung ayam (cockfighting) is a centuries-old traditional betting culture in Indonesia, particularly popular in Bali, Sumatra, and Java. The online version streams live matches 24/7 from official arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia, allowing Indonesian fans to watch and bet in real-time from the comfort of home.
Unlike land-based village matches, online sabung ayam operates through licensed international platforms with professional arenas, veterinary oversight, and regulated betting pools. Matches typically last 10-15 minutes, with dozens of fights running throughout the day across multiple arenas.
The most popular bet type. Meron (red corner) and Wala (blue corner) represent the two roosters. You bet on which rooster will win the match. Odds adjust based on rooster weight, fighting record, and betting volume.
A "front bet" placed on matches with predetermined outcomes or very short fights. BDD matches typically resolve within 3-5 minutes and offer fixed odds. Popular for quick action between longer championship bouts.
Betting on a draw or tie outcome. Sente occurs when both roosters are injured or disqualified, or when neither can continue. Offers higher odds (typically 8.00-12.00) due to rarity.
A side bet on specific match outcomes such as "first blood," "knockout in under 5 minutes," or "winning by submission." Tagra bets are similar to prop bets in sports betting and offer varied odds.
The most popular international sabung ayam platforms available to Indonesian bettors are SV388 (streaming from Thailand and Cambodia) and S128 (streaming from the Philippines). Both platforms broadcast in HD quality with Indonesian-language commentary options and offer live betting with odds that update in real-time based on match action.
You must be 21 years or older to watch or bet on sabung ayam at puma99. Online cockfighting is for entertainment purposes only. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and seek help if gambling becomes a problem. Contact our support team for responsible gaming resources.

puma99 was founded in 2020 with a simple mission: to provide Indonesian players with a world-class online betting and casino experience that combines international quality with local convenience. We recognized that Indonesian bettors were underserved by global platforms that did not support local payment methods, did not understand Indonesian sports preferences, and did not offer customer service in Bahasa Indonesia.
Since our launch, puma99 has grown to serve over 2 million registered players across Indonesia - from Jakarta and Surabaya to Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, and beyond. We have processed over Rp 1 trillion in deposits and withdrawals, paid out hundreds of billions in winnings, and maintained an industry-leading customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars.
What sets puma99 apart is our commitment to the Indonesian market. We support all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) with instant processing. Our sports betting platform offers comprehensive coverage of Indonesian favorites - from BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia matches to English Premier League, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League. We also embrace traditional Indonesian betting culture by offering togel (lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and other games that resonate with local players.
Our customer service team speaks fluent Indonesian and English, and is available 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email. We understand that timing matters in Indonesia - deposits are processed instantly even at 2 AM WIB, and withdrawals are prioritized during Indonesian business hours (9 AM - 5 PM WIB, Monday-Friday) to ensure you receive your winnings as quickly as possible.
puma99 operates under an international gaming license and adheres to strict responsible gaming standards. We implement KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to prevent underage gambling, offer self-exclusion and deposit limit tools, and maintain a 21+ age requirement in compliance with Indonesian social norms and international best practices. Your security is our priority - all transactions are encrypted with SSL technology, and we never share your personal information with third parties.
Looking ahead, puma99 is committed to growing alongside the Indonesian online gaming community. We continuously add new games from top providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Microgaming. We expand our sports betting markets to cover more Indonesian leagues and events. And we listen to player feedback to improve every aspect of our platform - from faster withdrawals to better mobile optimization to more generous promotions.
