Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. We employ Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all Users and prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering.
To use puma99 services, You must create a personal Account by providing the following information: full legal name (as it appears on Your government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) Account with puma99. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, and collusive Accounts are strictly prohibited. If We detect multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, We reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by You or by an unauthorized third party who gained access to Your credentials.
You agree to notify puma99 immediately if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security. puma99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your Account credentials or from unauthorized access to Your Account.
puma99 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all Users. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification purposes: government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding Your identification document next to Your face.
puma99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.
puma99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI); and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (Indonesian Rupiah Fifty Thousand). There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the transaction limits imposed by Your chosen payment provider. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by Your bank or e-wallet provider. puma99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, Your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
If You believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed or has not been credited to Your Account, You must notify puma99 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and, if We determine that an error occurred, credit the appropriate amount to Your Account. puma99 will not be responsible for delays or errors caused by Your payment provider.
You may request a withdrawal of Your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name and matching the name on Your puma99 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah One Hundred Thousand). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (Indonesian Rupiah One Hundred Million).
puma99 endeavors to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Western Indonesia Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to successful completion of any required verification checks. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
First-time withdrawal requests and large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. puma99 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of a withdrawal request.
Before requesting a withdrawal, You must complete the wagering requirements for any active bonuses in Your Account. Funds associated with an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. puma99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. All deposit amounts must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed (this requirement is designed to prevent money laundering and does not apply to legitimate winnings from bets).
puma99 may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. You must read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times You must wager the bonus amount before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a thirty times (30x) wagering requirement means You must place bets totaling thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
Different games contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute one hundred percent (100%), sports betting may contribute fifty percent (50%) to one hundred percent (100%) depending on odds, and certain table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. puma99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk (such as hedging or arbitrage), and any other behavior that We determine to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the bonus offer. Violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and closure of Your Account.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified except in cases where We determine that an obvious error occurred (such as a technical glitch or incorrect odds display). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your bets before confirming them. puma99 reserves the right to void any bet that We determine was placed in error or was affected by a technical malfunction.
Sports betting is subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets may be voided or settled according to the rules of the specific sport and betting market. Live betting odds change in real-time based on match events. By placing a live bet, You accept the odds displayed at the moment Your bet is confirmed.

puma99 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, puma99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of Our services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
puma99 shall not be liable for any failure to perform Our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless puma99, its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Your use of Our services, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any rights of any third party.
puma99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if We determine that You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if We are required to do so by law. Upon suspension or termination, Your access to puma99 services will be immediately revoked, and any pending bets may be voided.
You may request closure of Your Account at any time by contacting puma99 customer support. Upon closure, You will be required to withdraw any remaining Balance in Your Account (subject to completion of any wagering requirements and verification procedures). Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.
If You believe You have a gambling problem, You may request self-exclusion from puma99 services for a period of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, one hundred eighty (180) days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, You will not be able to access Your Account or use puma99 services. For more information, please refer to Our Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling services. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities.
